Still going strong!

I'm still hanging in there!

As of my last weigh-in, I have lost a total of 61.4lbs! My BMI is no longer in the "obese" range. Thank goodness because that really is an ugly word. My bra size continues to decrease at a much faster rate than my ass, unfortunately.

Training is going well, and I have gotten much stronger. For the first time in my life, my legs are getting shapely. I can do 20 push-ups now. I think when I started I could only do seven.

I have a summer challenge set for myself; I'd like to be down to 165 by 6/21. Only 2.2lbs to go to meet that one.

  1. Way to go Misty. Yes, the breast is the most popular area in which to gain some weight, however, it is usually the ass and thighs which hold on to fat with tenacity.

I was emaciated from stress and was down to 100 pounds (maybe 98). I was barely over a B cup (have not been that small since I was 11)but I did lose cellulite in the hamstrings, and lost the flab in the inner thighs. Now that I've been under less stress and eating regularly, the boobs are back, but so is the cellulite and the inner-thigh flab. Grrrr! I'm working with a personal trainer for the first time, so I look forward to having a better body by my 40th this July.

Good job staying committed; it's tough, but it feels so good when you stay on track!
